Start your New Year off right!!! Are you trying to redefine your physique or just get stronger? A weight training routine used to develop strength and conditioning is your remedy. Students will be introduced to various weight resistance exercises that target all major muscle groups and will allow them to create a weight conditioning plan they can stick to. Safety and proper technique will be stressed at every session. This activity is open to girls and boys, grades 6-8. Sign up fast - slots are limited!!
