This Buffalo Adventures Floor Hockey program for 4th and 5th graders is an exciting opportunity for students to learn and grow both on and off the court. Throughout the program, students will develop the fundamental skills needed to play the game of floor hockey, including stick handling, passing, shooting, positioning, and defensive techniques. In addition to skill-building drills, students will have the chance to apply what they’ve learned in structured gameplay and friendly scrimmages. As the program progresses, students will also participate in fun and competitive tournament-style games that encourage them to use their skills in a real-game setting. Beyond the physical aspects of the game, this program places a strong emphasis on teamwork, cooperation, and sportsmanship. Students will learn how to work effectively with teammates, communicate during play, and support one another regardless of the outcome. By the end of the program, participants will not only improve their hockey abilities but also develop important life skills that will benefit them in and out of school.
