Jiu-Jitsu 2nd & 3rd Grade

Brings Jiu-Jitsu to VCS!  This Japanese form of MMA (mixed martial arts) employs the principles of balance, leverage, and momentum to overcome your opponent. Come and learn new techniques to utilize the tools of respect for self and others, personal discipline and self-defense.
