This class is designed to give students a working knowledge of practical self-defense skills while providing new techniques to develop self-esteem.  Students will practice punches, kicks, blocks and strikes safely within these 45 minute class sessions.  The instructor is a 5-time  International Karate Champion, 8th Degree Black Belt Instructor with over 40 years of Martial Arts experience!  There is an optional, additional fee for the uniform.  Ordering information will be provided by the instructor.
