If you want to start developing your physique, increase muscle mass, or just get stronger - this weight conditioning activity is where it can all begin. Participants will learn a basic weight training routine that stresses proper technique to prevent injuries. Open to girls and boys, grades 6-8! No more than 20 students may sign up for this activity, with a minimum of 10. This activity will run from 3:30 to 4:15 on Mondays.
