An intermediate level class designed for students eager to advance previous learned skills.  Building off of the backbend, students will gain the ability to explore more acro variations including back walkovers, front walkovers, side aerials and handsprings! Emphasis on building strength.  Coordination and confidence while maintaining safety as the utmost priority !
