Sand Art Kindergarten,1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Grade

Sand art is a creative activity where kids use colored sand to make designs or pictures.  This can be done by pouring or layering sand into bottles or onto sticky surfaces to create pictures or patterns.  Benefits of sand art include:  

  • Creativity and imagination
  • Strengthen fine motor skills
  • Enhances focus and patience
  • Sense of calmness and stress reduction
  • Promotes social skills
